I’ve spent my career growing design into a strategic lever—by building resilient teams, crafting scalable systems, and aligning customer experience with business impact.
I lead a talented, multi-disciplinary design org at Prudential, where we’re focused on crafting inclusive, intuitive experiences across platforms that serve millions. From .Com to chatbots to enterprise-wide service, I help connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and operational scale. I’ve grown our org from a small team into a thriving group of designers and content strategists, and I care deeply about creating the conditions for great work to happen.
Over the years, I’ve learned that design leadership is as much about clarity and culture as it is about outcomes. I love bringing people together through workshops and collaboration, and building the systems that help teams scale with intention. I’ve seen firsthand how design can reduce costs, increase engagement, and create lasting business impact when it’s aligned with strategy.
Outside of work, you’ll find me illustrating recipes, playing tennis, or teaching classes about handmade pasta.
